Jenny Phillips
Jenny’s studies of the Impressionists have influenced her style and subject matter. She believes oil paint provides movement on her canvass, while watercolour enables her to tread carefully across the paper. Both are designed to provoke a reaction from the viewer.
Her influences include Paul Cezanne and Henri Matisse. Their love for locations by the Mediterranean Sea rekindles her childhood in the South France and the Italian Riviera. She introduces personal artifacts to her work, giving her painting a personal connection.
Her love of the bright clear colours of hot climates determines her colour choices while also connecting with the use of a limited pallet. Jenny exhibits with Blackheath Art Society, the SMAG exhibitions and solo exhibitions.

1. Checking Your Artwork - Please inspect your artwork at the time of collection or as soon as possible after delivery. If you notice any concerns, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to help.
2. Returns - If for any reason you change your mind, returns may be requested within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Returned artworks must be in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of works that have been damaged after collection or delivery.
3. Damaged Items - We are unable to accept responsibility for damage that occurs after the artwork has left the gallery, including damage during transportation arranged by the buyer.
4. Online & Distance Purchases - For purchases made online or by telephone, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork under UK consumer law. The artwork must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
5. Your Consumer Rights - Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If an artwork is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
