Anna Clement
After a career as a Chartered Surveyor and now her children are adults, Anna finds herself in the fortunate position of being able to devote more time to a lifelong passion for painting. Largely self-taught, she has benefitted greatly from painting for many years with the Stone Street Art Group with occasional tuition from visiting professional artists.
Working mainly in oils, her paintings are colourful and expressive and rooted in the observation of gardens and landscapes. She is particularly drawn to the layered complexity of planting, and the constantly shifting light and colour found in nature. Through energetic mark making and multiple layers of paint, she aims to build surfaces that convey both movement and atmosphere.
Her work has been exhibited widely in both galleries and open exhibitions throughout London and the Southeast, and highlights last year included work being exhibited and sold at the ING Discerning Eye exhibition at the Mall Galleries and winning Galeria Moderna’s London Invitational Prize. Several of her paintings have also recently been selected to feature in Floral Artist of the Year by Artit, an online magazine.

1. Checking Your Artwork - Please inspect your artwork at the time of collection or as soon as possible after delivery. If you notice any concerns, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to help.
2. Returns - If for any reason you change your mind, returns may be requested within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Returned artworks must be in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of works that have been damaged after collection or delivery.
3. Damaged Items - We are unable to accept responsibility for damage that occurs after the artwork has left the gallery, including damage during transportation arranged by the buyer.
4. Online & Distance Purchases - For purchases made online or by telephone, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork under UK consumer law. The artwork must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
5. Your Consumer Rights - Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If an artwork is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
